MyPersonalMD helps Physicians profitably reduce their practices from thousands of patients to a few hundred patients.  For new Physicians we can also help you create a practice with a much lower investment than a traditional medical practice that includes reimbursement strategies from Government and Insurance Companies.

Patients who sign on are willing to pay a monthly fee for services like 24-hour access to their doctor, patient-focused office visits, and personalized care.  This money is paid directly to the Physician in the form of a membership fee.  By removing "middle men," like government programs and insurance companies, monthly payments are made directly to you, the Physician.

Establishing this practice requires specialized contracts with each patient, the ability of the Physician to clearly articulate the value they are providing prospective patients and the ability to understand overhead structure and manage their practice like a business.  My Personal MD will assist the Physician in all of these areas; we have contracts that can be customized to your practice, financial systems that are affordable and easy to use, and the knowledge to help you communicate your services to an ever growing market that is increasing becoming frustrated with the current health care system.

Service Requirements - This includes not only the services you will offer to your patients, but also aligning your business with others in your community that compliment your offering.  These can include insurance providers for Catastrophic Care plans, Laboratory services, and other specialty care services. 

Maintaining a Successful Practice

Follow-Up Marketing - Keeping patient load at the targeted volume through efforts like monthly newsletters, continued promotion and ongoing radio shows.

Business Management Services - Accounting, bookkeeping and human resource services are available to doctors, as well as newsletter writing, printing and mailing assistance.

Quarterly Business Monitoring - Do vendors need to change? Does someone need training? Does the practice need additional visibility in the community? Are the computer systems at optimal levels for each individual practice?

Annual Goal Setting and Planning - Planning and documentation sessions for reviewing progress and renewing goals and plans.

Website Maintenance - Updating pricing, messaging and service information for each doctor, and keeping the website looking great and functioning optimally.
