Patients who sign on are willing to pay a monthly fee for services like 24-hour access to their doctor, patient-focused office visits, and personalized care.

Physicians who join MyPersonalMD agree to be available by cell phone, limit their practices to a maximum of 500 adult patients, and provide same-day or next-day appointments. In reality, you need to be willing to provide the best possible care to each and every patient.

Program Details

MyPersonalMD helps physicians begin their practices, recruit patients, and grow at an optimal pace.

Because we never want to become a large ruling body over doctors, the people at My Personal MD mold each practice to the needs of each doctor. However, we do interview doctors to make sure they are a good fit for the My Personal MD model.

We want to make sure that My Personal MD doctors are committed to being available by cell phone, limiting their practices to a maximum of 500 patients, providing same-day or next-day appointments and providing, overall, the best possible care to each and every patient.

My Personal MD works with each individual doctor to set goals, promote the business and customize the office systems for providing personalized care to patients.

Beginning the Practice

Hospital Affiliation - Documented process cuts through the red tape.

Office Space - Chosen based on location, aesthetics and functionality, and the lease is negotiated with the doctors' best interests in mind.

Vendors - Finding the best-fit vendors, handling contract negotiations, managing supply levels, and handling rep meetings.

Patient Management System - Customized, easy-to-use system that includes HIPAA compliance.

Legal Setup - What are the company name and structure going to be? Do you want to include unique services in your practice? Patient contracts and other legal paperwork are set up accordingly.

Website Development and Maintenance - Your biography, company story, services and contact information will be written and built into your own website and linked to the MyPersonalMD.com homesite.

Recruiting Patients

Promotion - Doctor-approved marketing plans, press releases, direct mail, advertising, newsletters, radio spots and flyers help get the word out to potential patients.

Community Affiliations - Conducting events like health fairs to get doctors known in the community for the personalized care they provide.

Maintaining a Successful Practice
